Had the best stay here. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Great location, friendly staff at check in and the rooms are great. Hot water at all times in the shower and sink plus great water pressure in the showers! Definitely recommend staying here
I was looking for a room just for the night and I found the inn at mt.shasta. Their booking service was very easy and convenient. When I got to check in,the front desk attendant Brandon was very friendly and was quick to give me my room information and local restaurant recommendations along with things to do. When I went into my room i was shocked at how clean and esthetically pleasing the room was. I was shocked because I've been to motels and they have never been like this place. They have a beautiful outdoor sitting area with a gas firepit that was amazing to sit by in the cold temperature of mt.shasta. the next morning when I checked out it was quick. P.S. the water pressure in the shower was wonderful.
I needed a place to stay in Mt. Shasta for a couple of nights and stumbled across the Inn at Mount Shasta on Airbnb. The price was right and I booked. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well. The Inn at Mount Shasta is located a short distance from downtown (about an 10 minute walk to excellent dining and shops). Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at the Inn at Mount Shasta.
I was only here for one night, but I would have been happy to stay more. My room was large and comfortable, and everything was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that the TV was set up for streaming options, not just cable. Cute town with good dining options.
Absolutely loved our stay here 2/11/26. Extremely clean rooms, nice looking furniture and amenities. The staff was pleasant to deal with as well. In room fridge, microwave, TV, and fan. All of this at the price point of $100 for a two queen bed room! Can’t beat it, would love for every place to be as good as this.
This was my second stay here. I was here 4 years ago in the summer and loved it. This was a winter trip and it was just as good as before. The rooms are very clean and are recently renovated. The front desk and rest of the staff are exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It's close to skiing, the main street and parks.
We had a great 1-night stay at the Inn at Mount Shasta! Room was spotlessly clean, comfy, and had classy decor. It was the perfect halfway stop when driving from Portland OR to the Bay Area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was super convenient to do by text. We had a dog and a kid with us, and everyone was very comfortable. Also appreciated their online guidebook with extra info about local places to eat and things to do. Would be glad to stay here again!
I have been to many hotels, but none that are such a good value for the amenities as the inn at Mt Shasta! I particularly appreciated the extra space with a couch for lounging while not asleep and the outdoor fire pit for socializing. 10/10 would stay again!
